Refund policy
At Staple Baby, we want you to love your purchase! If there's an issue, we're here to make things right. Our policy complies with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) to ensure fair and reasonable resolutions.
Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 21 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- If an item is faulty, does not match its description, or is unfit for purpose, we'll offer a replacement, store credit or refund once we have viewed the item.
- For change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit or exchanges, but refunds are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.
- Sale & Clearance Items: Products purchased at a discount or marked as final sale may not be eligible for returns or refunds, unless faulty.
- To initiate a return, email us at hello@staplebaby.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
Important Notice: Please inspect all goods upon arrival. If you discover a fault, please contact us before sending anything back, so we can discuss the best resolution
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 21 days with your name, order number, photos and details of the issue.
- We'll send you instructions on sending the item back to us
- Our team will inspect the returned item within 7 days when its been delivered back to Staple Baby
- If our team deem the item faulty, we will offer a replacement item (if we have a replacement item in stock), or issue you a refund.
- We will cover return shipping
- Please do not send an item back until we have confirmed next steps with you
Exchanges
- Need a different size or style? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
