At Staple Baby, we aim to get your little one's essentials to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are our shipping details to help you understand our process.
1. Shipping Locations & Rates
- We currently ship within New Zealand only.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Orders over $100 NZD qualify for free standard shipping. Small fee on rural orders may still apply.
2. Processing & Delivery Times

We process orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Estimated delivery times:
- North Island: 3 business days
- South Island: 2 business days
- Rural deliveries may take longer depending on courier services.
3. Tracking & Delivery Updates
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- If your order is delayed, please check your tracking link or contact us for assistance.
4. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- Staple Baby is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
5. Changes & Cancellations
- Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations can only be made before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible if needed.
